Expanding on recent research demonstrating that in Fiscal Year 2017 states and localities annually received over $1.5 trillion dollars in census-guided federal funding from 316 programs, George Washington University’s “Counting for Dollars 2020” project, led by Professor Andrew Reamer, today published the distribution of that funding state-by-state.
